Abstract

Suhu udara dapat berdampak terhadap berbagai hal, salah satunya menyangkut kenyamanan dalam aktifitas sehari-hari. Suhu udara dalam suatu wilayah dimungkinkan memiliki nilai yang berbeda. Oleh sebab itu, perlu ditentukannya interval suhu udara yang dapat merepresentasikan kondisi suhu udara di wilayah tersebut, sehingga peramalan terhadap suhu udara maksimum dan minimum perlu dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan peramalan suhu udara maksimum dan minimum harian di Kabupaten Cilacap dengan menggunakan metode ARIMA dan Exponential Smoothing. Data diperoleh dari pencatatan yang dilakukan oleh pihak BMKG Cilacap. Data yang digunakan merupakan data dari termometer maksimum dan minimum yang diambil dari 1 Januari 2016 sampai 31 Desember 2021. Diperoleh hasil bahwa peramalan dengan model terbaik yakni menggunakan metode ARIMA(2,1,2) untuk suhu maksimum dan ARIMA(1,1,1) untuk suhu minimum, dengan nilai MAPE yang diperoleh untuk suhu maksimum sebesar 2.09% dan suhu minimum sebesar 2.44% , sedangkan nilai RMSE yang diperoleh untuk suhu maksimum sebesar 0.9177 dan suhu minimum sebesar 0.8001. Berdasarkan model ARIMA tersebut, suhu maksimum harian Cilacap pada tahun 2022 diperkirakan berkisar pada suhu 30.6ᵒC , dengan interval kepercayaan 95% berada antara 28ᵒC - 35ᵒC, sedangkan suhu minimum diperkirakan berkisar pada suhu 25.1ᵒC, dengan interval kepercayaan 95% berada antara 23ᵒC - 28ᵒC.

Air temperature can have an impact on various things, one of which concerns comfort in daily activities. The air temperature in an area may have different values. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the air temperature interval that can represent the air temperature conditions in the area, so that forecasting the maximum and minimum air temperatures needs to be done. In this research, the daily maximum and minimum air temperature forecast in Cilacap Regency was carried out using the ARIMA and Exponential Smoothing methods. The data were obtained from records carried out by the BMKG Cilacap. The data used is data from the maximum and minimum thermometers taken from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2021. The results show that the best forecasting model is using the ARIMA(2,1,2) method for the maximum temperature and ARIMA(1,1,1), for the minimum temperature, with the MAPE value obtained for the maximum temperature of 2.09% and the minimum temperature of 2.44%, while the RMSE value obtained for the maximum temperature is 0.9177 and the minimum temperature is 0.8001. Based on the ARIMA model, the maximum daily temperature in Cilacap in 2022 is estimated to be around 30.6ᵒC, with a 95% confidence interval between 28ᵒC - 35ᵒC, while the minimum temperature is estimated to be around 25.1ᵒC, with a 95% confidence interval between 23ᵒC - 28ᵒC.
