Abstract

UMKM Batik Rajasamas Maos memproduksi berbagai macam jenis batik salah satunya yaitu batik tulis. Proses kerja pada pembuatan batik tulis di UMKM Batik Rajasamas Maos masih dikerjakan secara manual dan kurang memperhatikan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman untuk pekerja. Setiap lingkungan kerja juga memiliki resiko potensi bahaya baik dari faktor fisik, biologi, maupun ergonomi. Ergonomi merupakan salah satu peran penting dalam pencapaian K3. Dalam ilmu ergonomi tedapat hal penting mengenai postur kerja serta pergerakan yang dilakukan manusia. Hasil observasi awal terhadap 4 pengrajin batik tulis di lapangan ditemukan keluhan pada leher, lengan, pergelangan tangan, bahu, dan punggung yang dialami saat melakukan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat resiko ergonomi postur kerja pengrajin batik pada proses membatik menggunakan canting dengan menggunakan metode RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). Metode RULA merupakan metode cepat penilaian postur tubuh bagian atas. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ini diketahui gambaran tingkat resiko ergonomi postur kerja pengrajin batik perlu adanya investigasi lebih lanjut dan diadakan perubahan postur kerja sehingga diusulkan rekomendasi perbaikan postur kerja dalam waktu dekat pihak UMKM Batik Rajasamas Maos dapat melakukan sosialisasi teradap pengrajin batik tulis untuk melakukan peregangan setiap satu jam sekali untuk mengurangi rasa lelah dan untuk waktu yang akan datang yaitu mengganti kursi kerja lama dengan kursi kerja baru yang di desain berdasarkan pendekatan antropometri. Kursi kerja baru yang telah didesain berdasarkan pendekatan antropometri memiliki ukuran lebar alas kursi sebesar 56 cm, tinggi kursi sebesar 37 cm, panjang alas kursi sebesar 40,5 cm, sandaran punggung kursi sebesar 45 cm dan memiliki sudut kemiringan 105º, dan tinggi alas siku tangan kursi sebesar 19 cm.

UMKM Batik Rajasamas Maos produces various types of batik, one of which is hand-written batik. The work process for making written batik at UMKM Batik Rajasamas Maos is still done manually and does not pay attention to a comfortable working environment for workers. Every work environment also has potential risks of danger from physical, biological and ergonomic factors. Ergonomics is an important role in achieving K3. In the science of ergonomics there are important things regarding work posture and the movements carried out by humans. The results of initial observations of 4 batik craftsmen in the field found complaints about the neck, arms, wrists, shoulders and back that they experienced while doing their work. This research was conducted to determine the level of ergonomic risk of batik craftsmen's working postures in the batik making process using canting using the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) method. The RULA method is a fast method for assessing upper body posture. After carrying out this research, it is known that the level of ergonomic risk of batik craftsmen's working posture requires further investigation and a change in working posture so that recommendations for improving working posture are proposed in the near future. Rajasamas Maos Batik MSMEs can carry out outreach to written batik craftsmen to stretch every hour. Once to reduce fatigue and for the future, namely replacing the old work chair with a new work chair designed based on an anthropometric approach. The new work chair which has been designed based on an anthropometric approach has a seat base width of 56 cm, a chair height of 37 cm, a chair base length of 40.5 cm, a chair backrest of 45 cm and a tilt angle of 105º, and a height of the elbow base. seat by 19 cm.
