Abstract
Saat ini banyak siswa kurang mampu dalam mengelola berbagai emosi yang muncul sehingga menghambat kegiatan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) untuk mengatahui tingkat kemampuan pengelolaan emosi, dan 2) untuk mengetahui apakah konseling kelompok dengan teknik reframing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan emosi di SMK Negeri Kebasen.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian eksperimen desain Pre-Experimental Design dan bentuk desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 142 siswa, sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 10 siswa dilihat dari hasil angket pretest yang kemampuan pengelolaan emosi masuk dalam kategori rendah. Selanjutnya diberikan treatment yaitu konseling kelompok dengan teknik reframing, setelah itu dilakukan pengisian angket posttest.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat kemampuan pengelolaan emosi di SMK Negeri Kebasen yang termasuk kategori rendah adalah 36,6 % atau 52 siswa, kategori sedang adalah 43 % atau 61 siswa dan kategori tinggi sebesar 20,4 % atau 29 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pretest-posttest menggunakan uji statistik non parametric Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukan hasil yang signifikan. Dimana hasil tabel uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test diperoleh nilai Z hitung sebesar -2,809 dan asym.sig 2 tailed sebesar 0,005, karena nilai 0,005 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima atau terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil pre test dan post test. Adapun hasil uji Gain Ternormalisasi pada penelitian ini nilai rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan emosi siswa sebesar 0,71 atau 71,3% yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Jadi disimpulkan bahwa teknik reframing efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan emosi siswa.

Currently, many students are less able to manage the various emotions arise which hinder their daily activities. The objectives to be achieved in this research were: 1) to find out the condition of emotional management, and 2) to find out whether group counseling using reframing techniques can improve emotional management abilities at Kebasen State Vocational School.
This research used a quantitative type of research, with an experimental research method Pre-Experimental Design and desain form One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were students of Kebasen State Vocational School. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 10 students. Judging from the results of the pretest questionnaire, their ability to manage emotions was in the low category. Next, treatment/group counseling services were given using the reframing technique, after a posttest questionnaire was filled out.
From the research results, it was found that the level of emotional management ability at Kebasen State Vocational School which included in the low category was 36.6% or 52 students, the medium category was 43% or 61 students and the high category was 20.4% or 29 students. Based on the results of pretest-posttest calculations using the non-parametric statistical test the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed significant results. Where the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test table showed that the calculated Z value is -2.809 and the 2 tailed asym.sig is 0.005, because the value was 0.005 < 0.05 then Ha was accepted or there was an average difference between the pre test and post test results. The results of the Normalized Gain test in this study, that the average score increased in students' emotional management abilities was 0.71 or 71.3%, which was in the high category. So it is concluded that the reframing technique is effective in improving students' emotional management abilities.
