Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kevin Vapestore Kesugihan dengan judul “Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Kevin Vapestore”. Hasil perolehan uji T pada variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) diperoleh probabilitas sig 0,007 < 0,05, maka (H1) diterima; Uji T pada variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) diperoleh probabilitas sig 0,000 < 0,05maka (H2) diterima, dengan F hitung sebesar 811,449 > F tabel 3,102 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 sehingga menghasilkan nilai 0,05. Untuk Kevin Vapestore Kesugihan, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan memperhatikan indikator- indikator yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan.

This research was conducted at Kevin Vapestore Kesugihan with the title "The Influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Kevin Vapestore Customer Satisfaction". The results of the T test on the Product Quality variable (X1) obtained a sig probability of 0.007 < 0.05, so (H1) was accepted; The T test on the Service Quality variable (X2) obtained a sig probability of 0.000 < 0.05, so (H2) was accepted, with a calculated F of 811.449 > F table 3.102 and a significance value of 0.000, resulting in a value of 0.05. For Kevin Vapestore Kesugihan, it is hoped that he will be able to increase customer satisfaction by paying attention to indicators that influence customer satisfaction. This can be done by improving product quality and service quality.
