Abstract

Masa kanak-kanak adalah masa keemasan dalam perkembangan intelektual dan pembentukan kepribadian anak. Sehingga fondasi utama yang harus ditanamkan kepada anak sesuai dengan tujuan syari’at Islam adalah dengan menanamkan pendidikan aqidah Islam yang kuat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran Kitab Hufadzotul Athfal dan mendeskripsikan penerapan penanaman nilai-nilai aqidah santri melalui kitab Hufadzotul Athfal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif , menyajikan data secara deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Guru Mata Pelajaran Tauhid, dan siswa atau santri.
Hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai aqidah santri melalui pembelajaran kitab Hufadzotul Athfal di Madin NU Karangjati yaitu dengan pembiasaan membaca do’a sebelum belajar, melaksanakan pembiasaan sesuai program yang telah diterapkan, yaitu melaksanakan sholat ashar secara berjamaah yang mana hal ini merupakan salah satu nilai yang ditanamkan berupa nilai ibadah.
Beberapa nilai aqidah lain yang ditanamkan berupa nilai moral yang menyangkut kewajiban dan tanggung jawab. Madrasah mewajibkan santri untuk menghafal bait nadzom, yang mana nadzom kitab Hufadzotul Athfal berisi tentang keyakinan terhadap Allah dan rukun iman lainnya.

Childhood is a golden period in the intellectual development and the formation of a child’s personality. Therefore, the main foundation that must be instilled in children in accordance with the goals of Islamic law is by instilling strong Islamic Aqidah education.
This study aims to determine the implementation of the learning of the book Hufadzotul Athfal and to describe the application of the planting Aqidah values of students through the book of Hufadzotul Athfal. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative research approach, presenting data descriptively through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study are the Head of the Madrasah, Teachers of Tauhid Subjects, and students or santri. The results of the research conducted by the researchers show that there are several efforts to instill aqidah values of students through learning the book of Hufadzotul Athfal at Madin NU Karangjati, namely by habituating reciting prayers before learning, implementing habits according to the program that has been applied, namely performing the Asr prayer in congregation which is one of the values instilled in the form of worship. Other aqidah values instilled include moral values related to obligations and responsibilities. The Madrasah requires students to memorize the verses of nadzom, in which the nadzom of the book of Hufadzotul Athfal contains beliefs in Allah and other pillars of faith.
