Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya layanan informasi terhadap perencanaan karir siswa, diantaranya belum dapat mengetahui minat dan bakat diri sendiri. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui apakah layanan infromasi menggunakan aplikasi karirku dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam perencanaan karir di SMP Ya BAKII 5 Kesugihan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantiatif, dengan metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen yang pelaksanaannya dimulai dari pre test terhadap kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen, lalu pemberian perlakuan terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan terakhir perlaksanaan post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IX A dan B, sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling purposive yang berjumlah 20 siswa yang dilihat dari hasil angket pretest perencanaan karir yang masuk dalam kategori rendah. Kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol yang mendapatkan 10 sampel dan kelompok eksperimen 10 sampel, pada kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan treatment, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak diberi treatment, setelah itu dilakukan pengisian angket post test.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan perencanaan karir sebelum diberikan treatment adalah rendah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pretest-posttest menunjukkan hasil yang dignifikan. Dimana hasil table dari uji analisis paired sampel statistic kelompok eskperimen hasil pre test 55.00 sedangkan post test 84.00, dilihat dari hasil angket yang mengalami peningkatan pada perencanaan karir siswa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada efektivitas layanan informasi menggunakan aplikasi karirku untuk perencanaan karir di SMP Ya BAKII 5 Kesugihan.

The problem in this research is the lack of information services for students' career planning, including not being able to know their own interests and talents. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find out whether information services using the My Career application can improve students' skills in career planning at SMP Ya BAKII 5 Kesugihan.
This study uses a quantitative research type, with a quasi-experimental research method whose implementation starts from the pre-test on the control and experimental groups, then gives treatment to the experimental group and finally conducts the post-test. The population in this study were students in class IX A and B. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 20 students. As seen from the results of the career planning pretest questionnaire, they were included in the low category. Then it was divided into two groups, namely the control group which received 10 samples and the experimental group 10 samples, the experimental group received treatment, while the control group was not given treatment, after that the post-test questionnaire was filled out.
From the results of the study indicate that the ability of career planning before being given treatment is low. Based on the results of the pretest-posttest calculations, the results are significant. Where the results of the table from the paired sample statistical analysis test for the experimental group pre-test results were 55.00 while the post-test was 84.00, seen from the results of the questionnaire which experienced an increase in student career planning. So it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of information services using the My Career application for career planning at SMP Ya BAKII 5 Kesugihan.
