Abstract

pengetahuan dianggap sebagai salah satu aset utama organisasi inovatif, dan organisasi inovatif disiapkan oleh penciptaan pengetahuan. Tampaknya inovasi dan pengetahuan didefinisikan dengan sendirinya.
Kota cilacap merupakan salah satu daerah di jawa tengah bagian selatan yang memiliki jumlah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang cukup banyak, terutama dibidang kuliner sehingga para pelaku dituntut untuk memiliki keungguln bersaing agar dapat mempertahankan usahanya.
Perilaku kerja inovatif didefinisikan sebagai pembuatan, pengenalan, dan penerapan ide atau gagasan baru dalam pekerjaan, kelompok, atau organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja peran individu, kelompok, atau organisasi.
Karena aspek pengukuran, perhitungan, rumus, dan kepastian data digunakan dalam proses penulisan proposal penelitian, proses, hipotesis, kerja lapangan, analisis data, dan kesimpulan data, maka penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif. Umkm kuliner cilacap kota dijadikaan subjek penelitian. Kuesioner dengan skor pada Skala Likert digunakan untuk metode pengumpulan. Rumus regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dan IBM SPSS digunakan untuk mengolah data.

Knowledge is considered one of the main assets of innovative organizations, and innovative organizations are prepared by knowledge creation. It seems that innovation and knowledge define themselves.
Cilacap City is one of the areas in southern Central Java that has quite a large number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the culinary sector, so that actors are required to have a competitive advantage in order to maintain their business.
Innovative work behavior is defined as the creation, introduction, and implementation of new ideas or ideas in a job, group, or organization to improve individual, group, or organizational role performance.
Because aspects of measurement, calculation, formulas, and data certainty are used in the process of writing research proposals, processes, hypotheses, field work, data analysis, and data conclusions, this research is included in the quantitative research category. Cilacap City's culinary SMEs were used as research subjects. A questionnaire with scores on a Likert Scale was used for the collection method. Multiple linear regression formulas and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data, and IBM SPSS was used to process the data.
