Abstract

CV. SUMBER AGUNG JAYA merupakan perusahaan profesional yang berpengalaman di bidang Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC), Paving, Menara dan Kubah, telah beroperasi dalam industri konstruksi selama lebih dari 20 tahun. telah membangun reputasi yang kuat dalam menyediakan produk-produk berkualitas tinggi dan solusi desain yang kreatif dalam bidang GRC, Paving, Menara dan Kubah.. Dalam melayani client/Pelanggan di CV. SUMBER AGUNG JAYA. Melalui media online chatting, pertumbuhan jumlah pertanyaan yang masuk tidak sebanding dengan jumlah customer service yang ada.
Customer service adalah pegawai yang sengaja dibentuk untuk memberikan informasi kepada calon pelanggan. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan menghadapi persaingan bisnis, setiap lembaga menggunakan berbagai cara dalam memberikan pelayanan pada pelanggannya. Supaya mendapatkan informasi yang cepat tanpa keterbatasan waktu, Mesin tersebut merupakan pesan pembalas otomatis berbasis artificial intelligence (AI) yang memberitahu pengguna aplikasi online chat dari suatu teks seperti chatbot. Chatbot adalah sebuah program komputer yang dirancang untuk menyimulasikan percakapan dengan manusia.
Chatbot nantinya berguna sebagai fungsi tambahan yang dipasang di aplikasi online chat sehingga komunikasi dapat berlangsung lebih interaktif, relevan, dan menghindarkan kesalah pahaman. sistem chatbot di CV. SUMBER AGUNG JAYA untuk membantu pelayanan customer service agar lebih efisien. Smojo.AI adalah platform Ai dari perusahaan singapura Terra weather.pte, Platform Smojo.AI belum familiar di Indonesia, focus chatbot kepada berbasis website, pengembangan chatbot syntak sudah di program dengan Bahasa java dengan artian syntak sudah di buat dengan variabel tertentu akan tetapi bisa menggunkan Bahasa html. Penelitian ini untuk CV sumber agung jaya sebagai inovasi ke teknologi digital yang belum pernah di terapkan di perusahaan, untuk platform Smojo.AI untuk mengukur kinerja melalui pendekatan chatbot analytics. Pengujian chatbot menggunakan blackbox testing dan system usability scale (sus).

SUMBER AGUNG JAYA is a professional company with extensive experience in the field of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC), Paving, Towers, and Domes, having operated in the construction industry for over 20 years. The company has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality products and creative design solutions in the GRC, Paving, Towers, and Domes sectors. In serving clients at CV. SUMBER AGUNG JAYA, the growth of incoming inquiries through online chatting has not been proportional to the number of customer service representatives available.
Customer service representatives are employees specifically trained to provide information to potential customers. To increase the number of customers and face business competition, every institution uses various methods to provide services to its customers. In order to obtain quick information without time constraints, the machine serves as an automatic responder based on artificial intelligence (AI) that informs users of the online chat application from a text, such as a chatbot. A chatbot is a computer program designed to simulate conversation with humans.
The chatbot will be used as an additional function installed in the online chat application to make communication more interactive, relevant, and to avoid misunderstandings. The chatbot system at CV. SUMBER AGUNG JAYA aims to assist customer service in providing more efficient services. Smojo.AI is an AI platform from the Singaporean company Terra Weather Pte. The Smojo.AI platform is not yet familiar in Indonesia, with a focus on website-based chatbots. The syntax development of the chatbot has been programmed in Java, meaning that the syntax has been created with specific variables but can also use HTML. This research for CV. SUMBER AGUNG JAYA serves as an innovation in digital technology that has not been applied in the company before, utilizing the Smojo.AI platform to measure performance through the chatbot analytics approach. The chatbot testing involves black-box testing and System Usability Scale (SUS).
