Abstract

CV. Dasa Karya Sukses merupakan salah satu perusahaan konstruksi di Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. CV. DKS memulai usahanya pada tahun 2006 dengan lingkup proyek konstruksi, namun demikian pada tahun 2021 proyek yang dikerjakan mulai mengalami penurunan karena bertambahnya jumlah perusahan konstruksi yang sejenis di Cilacap. Sedangkan keadaan ini tidak diimbangi dengan kesiapan strategi perusahaan sehingga kalah bersaing dengan perusahaan lain dan mengakibatkan menurunnya jumlah proyek yang didapatkan oleh CV. DKS. Berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaan di CV. DKS yaitu dengan menganalisa kondisi terkini perusahaan menggunakan analisis SWOT, melakukan analisa matriks TOWS dan melakukan peta strategi bisnis perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Alasan menggunakan BSC dikarena sejauh ini perusahaan CV. DKS masih belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja yang memadai. Tahapan untuk melihat capaian tujuan-tujuan perusahaan yang kemudian disusun kedalam Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Pembobotan KPI dengan metode Analytic Hierarki Proces (AHP), sedangkan penilaian kuesioner AHP selanjutnya diolah dengan bantuan software expert choice. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan CV. DKS berada posisi kuadran III. Berdasarkan kondisi internal CV. DKS, dalam keadaan kurang baik dan belum dapat mengambil peluang eksternal yang ada. Hasil perumusan sasaran strategis yang didapatkan sebanyak 13, yaitu: 2 pada perspektif keuangan, 2 pada perspektif pelanggan, 6 pada perspektif internal bisnis dan 3 pada perspektif pembelajaran & pertumbuhan. Dengan pengukuran kinerja berjumlah 27 Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

CV. Dasa Karya Sukses (DKS) is a construction company in Cilacap, Central Java. CV. DKS started its business in 2006 with the scope of construction projects, however, in 2021 the projects undertaken by CV. DKS began to decline due to the increasing number of similar construction companies in Cilacap. Meanwhile, this situation was not balanced with the readiness of the company's strategy so that CV. DKS lost its competition with other companies and resulted in a decrease in the number of projects obtained by CV. DKS. Based on the problems that occur, this research was conducted to formulate a company strategy at CV. DKS, namely by analyzing the current condition of the company using SWOT analysis, analyzing the TOWS matrix and mapping the company's business strategy. The method used is Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The reason for using BSC is because so far the CV. DKS still does not have an adequate performance measurement system. Stages to see the achievement of company goals will be organized into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). KPI weighting with the Analytic Hierarchy Proces (AHP) method, while the AHP questionnaire assessment will be processed with the help of expert choice software. The results of this study indicate that the CV. DKS is in quadrant III position. Based on the internal conditions of CV. DKS, it is in a bad condition and has not been able to take the external opportunities that exist. The results of the formulation of strategic objectives obtained were 13, namely 2 from a financial perspective, 2 from a customer perspective, 6 from an internal business perspective and 3 from a learning & growth perspective. With performance measurements totaling 27 Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
