Abstract
Kehidupan pemandu lagu “freelance” di dunia malam saat ini menjadi daya tarik, salah satunya sisi kehidupan keagamaan atau religiusitas mereka. Hal ini tentu akan menimbulkan efek sikap pelanggan atau tamu yang menyewa jasanya, namun nilai-nilai religius mempengaruhi dimanapun tempatnya dan apapun pekerjaanya, mereka tetap berpegang teguh dengan kepercayaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja bentuk-bentuk perilaku religius pemandu lagu “freelance” di kota Cilacap dan bagaimana nilai-nilai religius tersebut dalam mempengaruhi sikap pelanggan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemandu lagu “freelance” di kota Cilacap sadar dan paham terkait bentuk – bentuk perilaku religius dalam beragama, dari mulai keyakinan atau aqidah, praktik-praktik agama atau syariah, pengamalan atau akhlaq, pengetahuan atau ilmu dan penghayatan atau ihsan. Kemudian nilai-nilai religi tersebut mempengaruhi dan menimbulkan sikap pelanggan, yakni menghargai seseorang dengan latar belakang pengetahuan agama dalam lingkup sebuah pekerjaan dan profesionalitas kerja.

The life of "freelance" song guides in the world of the night is currently an attraction, one of which is the side of their religious life or religiosity. This of course will have an effect on the attitude of customers or guests who hire their services, but religious values affect wherever the place is and whatever the job, they still stick to their beliefs. This study aims to find out what are the forms of religious behavior of "freelance" song guides in the city of Cilacap and how these religious values influence customer attitudes.
This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that the "freelance" song guides in the city of Cilacap are aware of and understand the forms of religious behavior in religion, starting from beliefs or aqidah, religious or sharia practices, practice or morals, knowledge or science and appreciation or ihsan. Then these religious values influence and generate customer attitudes, namely respecting someone with a background of religious knowledge within the scope of a job and work professionalism.
