Abstract

Pengoperasian mesin pompa air sekarang masih menggunakan sumber listrik PLN, ketika terjadi mati listrik maka pompa air tidak dapat beroperasi.Untuk mengantisipasinya, yaitu dengan memanfaatan cahaya matahari sebagai sumber energi alternatif untuk menggerakan pompa air dan sebagai sumber daya backup.Perancangan pompa ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Real debit air yang dihasilkan dan efektivitas waktu penggunaan pompa air tenaga surya dengan metode memasang remote switch control wireless pada pompa air yang sebagai pemutus/penghubung arus pompa sehingga dapat menghidupkan dan mematikan hingga jarak 100 meter.Pompa ini dilengkapi Controller 30 Amphere output 12 Volt dengan nilai toleransi ± 10% yang berfungsi mencari titik daya maksimum akibat perubahan cuaca sehingga titik daya maksimum panel sesuai kondisi dan Baterai panel 12 Volt 60 Amphere untuk membackup pompa air 12 Volt 180 Watt. Panel yang digunakan 200 WP dengan max power voltage 21,2V dan maxpower current 12,2 Amphere, low voltage 10.9 Volt dan low current 11,1 Ampere.Bedasarkan penelitian pompa panel menghasilkan rata-rata debit air pada malam 1.346,4 Liter/Jam dengan tegangan 10,9 Volt dan siang sebesar 1.478,4 Liter/Jam dengan tegangan 12,9 Volt sedangkan Efektifitas waktu penggunaan pompa air pada pukul 12.00 WIB dengan tegangan tertinggi 21,2 Volt.

The operation of the water pump machine is now still using the PLN electricity source, when there is a power failure the water pump cannot operate. To anticipate this, namely by utilizing sunlight as an alternative energy source to drive the water pump and as a backup power source. The design of this pump aims to determine Real water discharge generated and the effectiveness of the use of a solar water pump by installing a wireless remote control switch on the water pump which acts as a breaker/connector for the pump current so that it can turn on and off up to a distance of 100 meters. This pump is equipped with a 30 Ampere controller with 12 Volt output with a tolerance value of ± 10% which functions to find the maximum power point due to weather changes so that the maximum power point of the panel is according to the conditions and the panel battery is 12 Volt 60 Ampere to back up the 12 Volt 180 Watt water pump. The panel used is 200 WP with a max power voltage of 21.2V and a maxpower current of 12.2 Ampere, a low voltage of 10.9 Volts and a low current of 11.1 Ampere. with a voltage of 10.9 Volts and 1478.4 Liters/hour during the day with a voltage of 12.9 Volts while the effectiveness of the time of using the water pump is at 12.00 WIB with the highest voltage of 21.2 Volts
