Abstract
Pabrik Amonium Sulfat dari gas buang PLTU dengan kapasitas 100.000 ton per tahun akan didirikan di kota Cilacap pada tahun 2023. Tujuan pendirian pabrik Amonium Sulfat sebagai pengendalian pencemaran emisi (SO2 dan Nox) yang terkandung dalam limbah gas buang PLTU dan juga sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan Amonium Sulfat dalam negeri. Salah satu metode untuk menurunkan kadar SO2 dan NOx adalah dengan menerapkan prinsip netralisasi dengan teknologi pengolahan gas buang mesin berkas elektron (MBE). Dimana nantinya pengolahan limbah gas buang PLTU akan dialirkan melalui cooler kemudian masuk kedalam mesin berkas elektron. Sebelum masuk mesin berkas elektron (MBE) cairan NH4OH diuapkan rnenjadi Amonia (NH3) menggunakan Evaporator kemudian diinjeksikan masuk ke MBE. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah Amonium Sulfat (NH4)2SO4 dengan kemurnian 85% dan amonium nitrat NH4NO3, maka dari itu diperlukan electrostatic precipitator (ESP) untuk memisahkan abu layang kemudian disimpan digudang penyimpanan. Sehingga kadar polutan SO2 dan NOx rnenjadi berkurang dan memenuhi syarat untuk dilepas ke lingkungan. Dari perhitungan Hasil perhitungan neraca massa dan panas alat secara keseluruhan, tidak ada selisih massa atau energi yang masuk dan massa atau energi yang keluar, maka neraca massa berlangsung secara kontinyu dan neraca panas berada pada kondisi setimbang atau tidak ada massa dan panas yang hilang. Berdasarkan analisa hasil ekonomi, modal awal keseluruhan Rp.27.585.957.451.663, keuntungan yang diperoleh setiap tahun sebelum pajak Rp.19.464.134.056 dan keuntungan yang diperoleh setelah dipotong pajak (25%) sebesar 14.598.100.542 modal kembali 8,27 tahun beroprasi sebelum dipotong pajak dan 9,97 tahun pabrik beroprasi setelah dipotong pajak.

The amonium sulfate plant from PLTU exhaust gas with a capacity of 100.000 tons per year wil be estabilished in Cilacap city in 2023. The purpose of establishing the Amonium sulfate factory is to control emission pollution (SO2 and Nox) contained in the PLTU exhaust gas waste and also to fulfiil the domestic demand for Amonium sulfate.
The working principle of this PLTU waste gas treatment is that the exhaust gas passes throught the cooler and then enters the electron beam machine. Before entering the electrone beam machine (MBE), the NH4OH liquid is evaporated into Ammonia (NH3) using an evaporator and the injected into to the MBE. The resulting product are Amonium sulfate (NH4)2 SO4 and Amonium Sulfat (NH4)2NO3, therefore an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is needed to separate fly ash and the store it in a storage warehouse. So that the pollutant levels SO2 and Nox are reduced and meet the requirement to be released into to environment.
By taking into account several factors, such as aspects of raw material supply, transportation, labor, marketing and utilities, in 2023 the factory location is quite strategic in the Cilacap Industrial Estate (KIC) with a capacity 100.000 tons per year, the factory will operate for 24 hours. Year hours per day and 330 days per year. The form of the company is a PT (Limited Liability Company) with a line and staff organizational structure. The work system is based on t he division of working hours consisting of shift and non shift employess. From the calculation results of the mass balance and heat balance of the tool as a whole, there is no difference in mass or energy entering and mass or energy coming out, then the mass balance takes place continuously and the heat balance is in a state of equilibrium or there is no mass and heat loss. Based on economic results, the total initial capital is Rp.27.585.957.451.663, the profit earned every year before tax is Rp.
19.464.134.056, and the profit earned after tax (25%) is Rp 14.598.100.542 capital return 8,27 years of operation before tax and 9,97 years of factory operation after deducting tax.
