PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI ZOHO FORM BERBASIS WA AUTO RESPONSE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LAYANAN CYBER COUNSELING

Pelayanan cyber counseling mudah diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja, akan tetapi bagi beberapa Guru BK belum menggunakan layanan cyber counseling karena perlu waktu dan materi dalam menyiapkannya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu : untuk mengetahui aplikasi zoho form berbasis WA auto response dapat meningkatkan layanan cyber counseling, untuk mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi zoho form berbasis WA auto response untuk meningkatkan layanan cyber counseling, dan mengetahui efektifitas aplikasi zoho form berbasis WA auto response dapat meningkatkan layanan cyber counseling di SMK Komputama.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian research and development dengan model Borg and Gall dengan 10 langkah diantaranya adalah penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, membuat lembar validasi,membuat desain produk, uji coba lapangan awal, revisi hasil uji coba, uji coba lapangan utama, revisi produk operasional, uji coba operasional, revisi produk akhir, desiminasi dan penyebaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI dan sampel diambil menggunakan Teknik sampling purposive yang berjumlah 25 siswa dilihat dari hasil angket pretest terendah.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, aplikasi aplikasi zoho form berbasis WA auto response untuk meningkatkan layanan cyber counseling sangat layak digunakan, dibuktikan dengan hasil uji kelayakan pada lapangan awal 86,42%, di lapangan utama 85,23%, di lapangan operasional 86,92%. Dan aplikasi zoho form berbasis WA auto response efektif untuk meningkatkan layanan cyber counseling dibuktikan dengan hasil uji analisis paired sample statistic hasil pretest 52,32 dan posttest 98,92. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi aplikasi zoho form berbasis WA auto response efektif untuk meningkatkan layanan cyber counseling.

Cyber counseling services are easy to access anywhere and anytime, but for some Guidance and Counseling Teachers they are not yet use cyber counseling services because it takes time and materials to are prepare them. The objectives of in this research are: to find out the WA auto response based zoho form application can improve cyber counseling services, to find out the feasibility of the WA auto response based zoho form application to improve cyber counseling services, to find out the effectiveness of the WA auto response based zoho form application, and to improve cyber counseling services at Komputama Vocational School.
This research used Research and Development method of the Borg and Gall model with 10 steps including research and information gathering, making validation sheets, making product designs, initial field trials, revision of trial results, main field trials, revision of operational products, operational trials, final product revision, dissemination and distribution. The population in this study was class eleven and the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 25 students based on the lowest pretest results.
The research results showed that the zoho form application based on WA auto response to improve cyber counseling service is very suitable for use, as proved by the feasibility test results, in the initial field, the result was 86.42%, in the main field, the result was 85.23%, in the operational field, the results was 86.92%. While the WA auto response-based zoho form application is effective in improving cyber counseling services as proved by the results of the paired sample statistical analysis test with pretest results of 52.32 and posttest of 98.92. Thus it can be concluded that the zoho form application based on WA auto response is effective for improving cyber counseling services.
