Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal yang amat penting bagi siswa dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain. permasalahan komunikasi interpersonal masih banyak terjadi di MA MINAT Kesugihan yang ditandai dengan sikap beberapa siswa yang kurang sopan dalam tingkah laku, kurang aktif ketika pembelajaran, kurang percaya diri, minder, malu, merasa kesepian, rendah diri dan ragu dalam bergaul bersama teman-temannya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu; untuk mengetahui tingkat komunikasi interpersonal siswa sebelum mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama , untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingat komunikasi interpersonal siswa sesudah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama, dan untuk mengetahui apakah teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen yang pelaksanaannya di mulai dari pre test terhadap kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen, lalu pemberian treatment/perlakuan terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan terakhir pelaksanaan post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa MA MINAT Kesugihan Cilacap. Sampel yang diambil 16 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Pada Uji Paired Sample T test bahwa pada kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan hasil dari pre test 148.25 sedangkan hasil post test 204.00 dan angka signifikansi (2-Tailed) p= 0,000 sehingga 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada efektivitas teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa di MA MINAT Kesugihan Cilacap.

The background of this research is interpersonal communication which is very important for students in interacting with other people. Interpersonal communication problems still often occur at MA MINAT Kesugihan which are characterized by the attitude of some students who are less polite in their behavior, less active when learning, less confident, insecure, embarrassed, feeling lonely, low self-esteem and hesitant in socializing with their friends. The objectives to be achieved in this research are; to find out the level of interpersonal communication of students before receiving sociodrama technique group guidance services, to find out what the level of student interpersonal communication is after receiving sociodrama technique group guidance services, and to find out whether sociodrama techniques can improve students' interpersonal communication. This research uses an experimental research method with a type of experimental quantitative research method whose implementation starts from a pre-test on the control and experimental groups, then giving treatment to the experimental group and finally carrying out a post-test. The population in this study were MA MINAT Kesugihan Cilacap students. The sample taken was 16 students using purposive sampling technique. The data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. In the Paired Sample T test, the experimental group got a result from the pre-test of 148.25, while the post-test result was 204.00 and the significance number (2-Tailed) was p= 0.000 so 0.000 < 0.05, which means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of sociodrama techniques to improve students' interpersonal communication at MA MINAT Kesugihan Cilacap.
