Abstract

SDM memainkan peran utama dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan sebab mereka bertindak sebagai subjek dalam melakukan tugas, kewajiban dan strategi serta pelaksanaan fungsional dalam organisasi atau perusahaan mereka. Kinerja yang ideal dari para karyawan dituntut untuk siap berkontibusi pada perusahaan atau organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh budaya kaizen dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan Nasmoco Cilacap.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Nasmoco Cilacap yang berjumlah 79 orang. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada karyawan Nasmoco Cilacap dan diolah menggunakan sofware SPSS versi 16.0 melalui laptop. Pengujian data penelitian menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa budaya kaizen dan reward baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kapasitas pengaruh budaya kaizen dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan Nasmoco Cilacap sebesar 54,4%.

Ideal execution from representatives is required to have been ready to lead an association, organization or work unit to accomplish the ideal objectives or achievement. This examination expects to decide: the impact of kaizen culture and compensations on the exhibition of Nasmoco Cilacap representatives.
This exploration technique utilizes quantitative strategies. The populace in this study were all representatives of Nasmoco Cilacap, which has a sum of 79 workers. Information was collected by distributing questionnaires to Nasmoco Cilacap employees and processed using SPSS version 16.0 software via laptop. Research data testing uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
In view of the exploration results acquired, it was presumed that kaizen culture and rewards at the same time impact worker execution, while to some extent kaizen culture altogether impacts representative execution and rewards somewhat impact representative execution. In the determinant test, it was observed that the impact of the free variable was 54,4% on the reliant variable.
