Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dianggap sebagai aset perusahaan yang penting, karena manusia adalah sumber daya yang aktif dan selalu dibutuhkan dalam perusahaan barang ataupun jasa. Keberhasilan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik dan terarah dapat menjadi awal yang baik bagi kelancaran implementasi program kerja perusahaan dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Di mana keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dilihat dari kinerja karyawannya, dan ada beberapa faktor yang membuat kinerja karyawan meningkat yaitu keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) dan komitmen organisasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi pada CV Bumi Wijaya Kroya terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan departemen produksi CV Bumi Wijaya Kroya dengan jumlah sebanyak 82 responden. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner, untuk variabel employee engagement 11 item pertanyaan, variabel komitmen organisasi 9 item pertanyaan dan variabel kinerja karyawan 11 item pertanyaan. Semua data yang diberikan dari karyawan departemen produksi CV Bumi Wijaya Kroya valid dan reliabel. Data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, internet, buku, artikel, dan literatur. Analisis data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikoleniaritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji T, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R^2) dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 29.0. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tingkat positif diketahui dari tabel coefisiens dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi parsial (uji T) employee engagement (X1) sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 dengan nilai t_hitung 3,778 > t_(tabel )1,664 dan komitmen organisasi (X2) sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 dengan nilai t_hitung 3,754 > t_(tabel )1,664. Hasil f_hitung 14,708 > f_(tabel )3,112 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kinerja karyawan secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh Employee engagement dan Komitmen Organisasi.

Human resources are considered an important company asset, because humans are active resources and are always needed in goods or service companies. The success of good and focused human resource management can be a good start for the smooth implementation of the company's work program and the achievement of organizational goals. Where the success of a company is seen from the performance of its employees, and there are several factors that increase employee performance, namely employee engagement and organizational commitment.
This research aims to determine the influence of employee engagement and organizational commitment at CV Bumi Wijaya Kroya on employee performance using quantitative approach research methods. The sample used was employees of the production department CV Bumi Wijaya Kroya with a total of 82 respondents. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, for the employee engagement variable 11 question items, the organizational commitment variable 9 question items and the employee performance variable 11 question items. All data provided is from production department employees CV Bumi Wijaya Kroya is valid and reliable. Secondary data was obtained from journals, internet, books, articles and literature. The data analysis applied in this research is an instrument test consisting of a validity test and a reliability test, a classical assumption test consisting of a normality test, a multicollinearity test, and a heteroscedasticity test, a multiple linear regression analysis test, a T test, an F test, and a coefficient of determination test. (R^2) using IBM SPSS version 29.0. The results of the research conducted show that employee engagement and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. The positive level is known from the coefficient table, it can be seen that the partial significance value (T test) of employee engagement (X1) is 0.000 < 0.005 with a t_count value of 3.778 > t_(table ) 1.664 and organizational commitment (X2) is 0.000 < 0.005 with a t_count value of 3.754 > t_(table )1.664. The result of f_count is 14.708 > f_(table )3.112 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Employee performance is simultaneously influenced by employee engagement and organizational commitment.
