Pengaruh Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian (Study Kasus di Nusamart Sampang

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and location on purchasing decisions at NUsamart Sampang. The research method used was a quantitative method for selecting samples in this research, namely Probability Sampling. The number of samples used was 109 respondents. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that: Service Quality partially influences purchasing decisions with the t test results, namely t count > than t table (4.418 > 1.658). Location has a positive effect on purchasing decisions from the t test results, namely t count > than t table (2.903 > 1.658) 3). Service Quality and Location simultaneously influence Purchasing Decisions from the t test results, namely calculated f > than f table (4.770 > 3.05).
