Abstract

Penelitian ini dengan judul Pengaruh Disiplin, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kelurahan Cilacap Selatan. Dengan tujuan apakah penelitian ini berpengaruh atau tidak secara persial atau secara simultan. Jumlah populasi yang di ambil adalah semua karyawan yang ada yaitu berjumlah 30 karyawan. Metode yang di ambil dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan di hitung dengan skala likert spss yang menggunakan spss 29, untuk mengetahui skor pertanyaan yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 30 karyawan di Kantor Kelurahan Cilacap selatan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara persial maupun simultan dengan hasil 1. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel 3,844 > 2,036. Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t hitung > t table 3,398 > 2,036. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan hasil t hitung >t table 3,648 > 2,036. 2. Disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil F hitung > table yaitu 29,079 > 3,29.

This research is entitled The Effect of Discipline, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance in South Cilacap Village. With the aim of whether or not this study has an effect persially or simultaneously. The total population taken is all existing employees, which is 30 employees. The method taken in this study was quantitative through a questionnaire and calculated with an spss likert scale using spss 29, to find out the question score obtained by distributing the questionnaire to 30 employees at the south Cilacap Village Office.
The results of this study show that discipline, compensation, and work environment affect employee performance both individually and simultaneously with the results 1. Work discipline affects employee performance with a calculated t value of > t table 3,844 > 2,036. Compensation affects employee performance with a result of t count > t table 3,398 > 2,036. The work environment affects employee performance. With the result t count >t table 3.648 > 2.036. 2. Work discipline, compensation and work environment together affect employee performance with F results calculated > table which is 29,079 > 3.29.
