Abstract
Disiplin merupakan salah satu sikap yang perlu dimiliki oleh setiap guru, terlebih dalam lembaga pendidikan yang dikenal memiliki kualitas tinggi tentu sikap guru akan lebih tersorot oleh masyarakat luas. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang memiliki kualitas tinggi di wilayah kabupaten Cilacap yaitu TK Al-Irsyad 01 Cilacap. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara kedisiplinan guru dengan kualitas lembaga pendidikan di TK Al-Irsyad 01 Cilacap. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah angket, observasi dan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi normalitas, dan uji homogenitas sebagai uji prasyarat. Dan kemudian hasil penelitian diuji menggunakan Uji korelasi dan uji homogenitas.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kedisiplinan guru dengan kualitas lembaga pendidikan, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil Uji Korelasi yang menghasilkan t hitung 0,632 dengan signifikansi T Tabel 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan kontribusi aktif kedisiplinan guru terhadap kualitas lembaga kualitas lembaga pendidikan di TK Islam Al-Irsyad 01 Cilacap sebesar 39,9%.

Discipline is one of the attitudes that every teacher needs to have, especially in educational institutions that are known to have high quality, of course the teacher's attitude will be more highlighted by the wider community. One of the high quality early childhood education institutions in the Cilacap district is TK Al-Irsyad 01 Cilacap. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between teacher discipline and the quality of educational institutions at TK Al-Irsyad 01 Cilacap. This research method uses a correlational qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the normality assumption test, homogeneity test and linearity test. And then the research results were tested using the T Test.
The results of this research show that there is a positive relationship between teacher discipline and the quality of educational institutions, this is shown by the results of the Correlation Test which produces a t count of 0.632 with a T Table significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. With the active contribution of teacher discipline to the quality of the institution, the quality of educational institutions at Al-Irsyad 01 Cilacap Islamic Kindergarten is 39.9%.
